Is there any water in the pool? - Don't just jump in till you know Sound Strategy	We work closely with clients to understand their objectives and to establish a measure for success. All stakeholders will be assembled in order to help define functionality, audience and workflows, tone and personality, as well as any possible integration requirements with existing systems. We will provide budgets, resources, dependencies and a clear implementation plan including phase breakdown and timeline. As part of our proposal process, we attempt to identify additional opportunities to market and promote the site. This may include things like: search engine optimization, optimized use case scenarios, affiliate marketing, link strategy, viral/grass-roots marketing tactics, and more.
What do I have to work with? Website Analysis & Review	Fuze will make available our independent assessment of your current website.  We tend to focus on key areas including branding and messaging, visual impact, usability, errors and omissions, architecture, website promotion, hosting environment, privacy & security, and other elements that combine to optimize a website's function and value.
What about the other guy? Competitive Web Site Assessment	When embarking on any new project, Fuze will carefully review competitive offerings in the hopes of uncovering any compelling strategies, functions, tools, etc., in play.
Can it be done? How much?  Information Architecture	Much like building a home, our interactive projects are all based on a sound information architecture (IA) in order to visualize how the pieces to the puzzle fit together.  Relatively anything can be done with time and money.   Fuze has extensive experience in analyzing user experience and workflow and we work with the appropriate technologies to present information in an easy to navigate, fast loading, cosmetically attractive method.
Don't make me think User Interface Design	If customers can't find what they are looking for, they won't come back.  User interface design crosses over our creative services with our interactive design teams in order to create a compelling user experience that will encourage repeat visitors, longer visits, and better access to relevant information.  At front of mind as much as the users, is the brand.  We work to ensure the client brand is properly represented at all times, even if that means creating one as part of the process. In some cases, Fuze will do only the user interface design for clients who have their own development staff.
No guts, No glory Code and Programming	Fuze has experience working with a wide range of technologies including: HTML, DHTML, Java, JavaScript, XML, CGI, PERL, etc.
Are you talkin' to me? Copywriting and Site Maintenance	Fuze offers copywriting and editing services for clients.  Whether you need copy written for the launch of a new product, page, or even the entire site, we can handle the task.  Because the web is traditionally short read, the copy must be concise, to the point, and powerful.  We are at home writing new copy or even editing drafts from client teams.  Things like personality, and tone are critical for consistency within a website...no different than a printed catalog or advertisement. After a site is live, many clients like to breathe a sigh of relief and bask in the glory of what was accomplished.  That's great, but the internet never sleeps - sites that are not current, don't attract or retain visitors.  Even though clients understand this logic, keeping their site maintained may still be a chore due to either staff, budget, time, or other limitations.  Because of this, Fuze has developed a site Maintenance Program, available to clients we build sites for, and also available to clients simply seeking someone to keep their existing sites up and current. These programs are outlined in our Professional Services section.
Steering the ship Project Management	Often overlooked, but critical to success is the project management element. A good project manager will ensure the project stays on track and on budget. They also manage expectations, communications, presentations, and validations. Your single point of contact, the Fuze project manager coordinates all efforts, manages and adjusts the project scope (as necessary) in order to ensure successful project completion.
Did it work? Website Analytics	Measuring site effectiveness traditionally relies on analytics packages which outline who is visiting the site, what they are seeing, issues they are having, etc.  Fuze can assist in not only selecting what analytics and statistics are important to your success, but also how to interpret the output of the vast number of website analytics packages on the market.
